Got a great sleep and woke up early to hit upper body with the following:
Dips:
Set 1: 80 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 80 lbs x 8 repsPull-ups:
Set 1: 10 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: 10 lbs x 5 repsT-Bar Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 6 repsIncline Smith Press:
Set 1: 205 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 205 lbs x 6 repsCable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 35 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 35 lbs x 9 repsCable Curls:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 10 repsRope Pulldown:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 13 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 9 reps
Overall, great session. PR’d on weighted dips and T-bar rows. Feeling very strong.
Back to the office where I’m surrounded by sick people, trying to avoid catching whatever they’ve got.
Canada beat Finland 3–2 to make it to the gold medal game. High stress before I hit 25 minutes on the elliptical. Crushed some Vitamin C mix and headed home.
Still feeling the effects of Wednesday’s gorilla hack squat session. Need to rest up before lower body tomorrow.
