Excellent sleep. Feeling really good. Pumped to hit lower body at the YMCA this morning.

Trap Bar Deadlift:
Set 1: 295 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 295 lbs x 8 reps

Seated Leg Curls:
Set 1: 175 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 175 lbs x 8 reps

Hip Thrusts:
Set 1: 295 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 295 lbs x 9 reps

Single-Leg Curl:
Set 1: 50 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 50 lbs x 9 reps

Calf Raises:
Set 1: 390 lbs x 16 reps
Set 2: 390 lbs x 11 reps

Hit the sauna for 15 minutes afterward. Legs felt really strong this morning — I think 315 lbs is there next week.

March Break is next week, so I might shift the rest day around. Possibly train tomorrow and use Wednesday (train ride to Hogtown) as the rest day instead.

Going to rest up and watch some wrestling with the kids tonight.
