First day of March Break vacation with a pull day this morning at the YMCA:

Pull-ups:
Set 1: +10 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: +10 lbs x 5 reps
Set 3: Bodyweight x 6 reps

Chest-Supported Cable Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 10 reps

Close-Grip Cable Rows:
Set 1: 160 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 160 lbs x 8 reps

Reverse Pec Deck:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 8 reps

Cable Curls:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 11 reps

Really wanted to hit 8 reps on weighted pull-ups this morning, but it wasn’t meant to be. Maybe I needed that rest day.

Got in 30 minutes on the elliptical after the lift and sweated out 15 minutes in the sauna.

Today’s mission: wrangle the boys, pick up a cake for my wife’s birthday (which is tomorrow), and find some decent headsets for the kids for the Toronto trip.

Busy day. Quads tomorrow.
