Happy birthday to my beautiful wife! To celebrate, I hit a solid quad-dominant leg session:
Front Squats:
Set 1: 205 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 205 lbs x 9 reps
Leg Extensions:
Set 1: 200 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 200 lbs x 9 reps
Single-Leg Press:
Set 1: 305 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 305 lbs x 9 reps
Calf Raises:
Set 1: 390 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 390 lbs x 10 reps
Spending the rest of the day pampering my wife and packing for Toronto tomorrow. Looking forward to a great trip!
