Back at the office, back at Gold’s. This morning’s pull session:
Pull-ups:
Set 1: +10 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: +10 lbs x 5 reps
Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 7 reps
Close-Grip Cable Rows:
Set 1: 160 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 160 lbs x 10 reps
Reverse Pec Deck:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 10 reps
Cable Curls:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 10 reps
Face Pulls:
Set 1: 80 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 80 lbs x 10 reps
Not happy with the pull-ups. All those Chipotle burritos are sitting in my gut like a bag of bricks. Otherwise a decent back pump.
Got 30 minutes on the elliptical at lunch, and I’ve got a ball hockey game later tonight.
Possible ice storm coming Wednesday, so I’m planning to make that my rest day.
