Big upper body session this morning at Goldβs:
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 8 reps
Pull-ups:
Set 1: +10 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: +10 lbs x 6 reps
Incline DB Press:
Set 1: 85 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 85 lbs x 7 reps
Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 7 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 35 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 35 lbs x 12 reps
Cable Curls:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 10 reps
Rope Pushdown:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 8 reps
The lifts went well β feeling strong. Dips and incline DB press are starting to progress. Pull-ups are stalling a bit, but the bulk isnβt helping there.
Did some abs at lunch with a light incline treadmill walk. Lunch was delayed because the mall where I work β which also has the Goldβs gym β had an electrical fire. Five fire trucks outside. Wild lunch break.
Lower body tomorrow.
