Slept in and tortured my quads at lunch with the following:
Hack Squat:
Set 1: 315 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 315 lbs x 10 reps
Leg Extensions:
Set 1: 205 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 205 lbs x 9 reps
Single-Leg Press:
Set 1: 317 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 317 lbs x 9 reps
Leg Press:
Set 1: 577 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 577 lbs x 11 reps
Calf Raises:
Set 1: 410 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 410 lbs x 10 reps
Easily the best quad pump Iβve had in a long time. And after the shit I was eating this weekend, the extra glycogen was definitely appreciated.
Ball hockey playoffs started tonight β tough-fought victory for The Savages π¦
Now to sleep and prepare for tomorrowβs pull session.
