Week 12 β Pull β π€

Another sleep-in thanks to hockey, then a pull session at lunch:
Pull-ups:
Set 1: +10 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: +10 lbs x 6 reps
Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 8 reps
Close-Grip Cable Rows:
Set 1: 160 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 160 lbs x 8 reps
Kneeling Lat Pulldown:
Set 1: 100 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 100 lbs x 11 reps
Cable Curls:
Set 1: 120 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 120 lbs x 8 reps
Machine Preacher Curls:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 8 reps
My weight is up, so even though Iβm not getting more reps on pull-ups, Iβm at least maintaining strength.
The rest of the lifts are trending up, so overall a good session.
Iβm 3.5 months out from the show, and Iβm starting to wonder if I should hire a coach to help with prep. I do like figuring things out on my own, but a coach would probably give better objective feedback so I donβt leave anything on the table.
Still mulling that over.
Rest day tomorrow. Time to catch up on Invincible.
