Week 13 – Quads – ✂️

Missed an entry yesterday — very busy between work, ball hockey, and my youngest son’s 8th birthday. Happy Birthday 🐻
Slept in this morning (yesterday was a push day with two hockey games in the evening).
Today was a quad-focused lift with the following:
Hack Squats:
Set 1: 325 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 325 lbs x 9 reps
Leg Extensions:
Set 1: 205 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 205 lbs x 9 reps
Single-Leg Press:
Set 1: 317 lbs x 12 reps/side
Set 2: 317 lbs x 11 reps/side
Leg Press:
Set 1: 577 lbs x 16 reps
Set 2: 577 lbs x 12 reps
Calf Raises:
Set 1: 410 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 410 lbs x 11 reps
Walking Lunges (bodyweight):
Set 1: 2 × 55’
Set 2: 2 × 55’
Ended up with one of the best quad pumps I’ve had this year. Feeling good heading into the cut.
Going to get an InBody scan tomorrow — will post the results.
Now to mentally prepare for the next three months of dieting.
