Huge day β€” cut starts, and the office fitness challenge kicks off.

We had the Gold’s trainers come in to do InBody scans, so now I can compare this with the one I did two months ago when I changed my training.

91.5 lbs β†’ 94.8 lbs

10.3 β†’ 14.1

Honestly, I think that’s a win. The bulk did what it was supposed to do, and I’ve got a solid starting point for the cut.

The plan over the next three months:

  • Cut down to ~160 lbs (scale weight)
  • Maintain as much skeletal muscle mass as possible
