Week 13 β Pull β π

Huge day β cut starts, and the office fitness challenge kicks off.
We had the Goldβs trainers come in to do InBody scans, so now I can compare this with the one I did two months ago when I changed my training.

Skeletal Muscle Mass:
91.5 lbs β 94.8 lbs
Body Fat %:
10.3 β 14.1
Honestly, I think thatβs a win. The bulk did what it was supposed to do, and Iβve got a solid starting point for the cut.
The plan over the next three months:
- Cut down to ~160 lbs (scale weight)
- Maintain as much skeletal muscle mass as possible

Decent pump today β might be one of the last good ones for a while π
Not sure how the cut will affect strength, but Iβm not expecting many PRs over the next three months.
Rest day tomorrow β focusing on elliptical and some abs.
