Really happy to finally hit 9 pull-ups with weight.

Spoke to one of the trainers at the Y β€” he gave me a couple tricep variations to try:

  • Straight bar pushdown with an underhand grip
  • Single-arm cable β€œkickback” (no handle, light weight, kneeling, pause at contraction)

Really liked how they felt β€” going to work them into the rotation.

Picked up my youngest for swimming, then hit the sauna for 20 minutes with some light stretching.

Finally got my oldest to curling (last session of the season). He’s turning 10 tomorrow and is sitting in the front seat now… which is making me way more emotional than I expected.

Rest tomorrow β€” the Easter Bunny is coming to visit.
