Another early morning at Gold’s. Posterior chain session:

Trap Bar Deadlift:

Seated Leg Curls:
170 x 8
170 x 8
Hip Thrusts (plate-loaded):
120 x 14
120 x 12
Single-Leg Curl:
72.5 x 12/side
72.5 x 10/side
Calf Raises:
410 x 15
410 x 10
Finished with some walking lunges.
Session felt really strong — the best I’ve moved the trap bar at that weight.
Lunch was 40 minutes on the elliptical.
Right after work I headed to the curling club for the semi-finals, and wouldn’t you know it — we’re heading to the finals next Friday.
Exhausted now. Time to eat and sleep.
Upper body tomorrow morning at the Y.
