Easter Monday!
Kids are out on an egg hunt today. After dropping them off, I headed to the Y for a push session:

Overhead Rope Extension:

Bent-Over Tricep Extension:

Cable Press:

Rope Pushdown:

Strong session, especially considering I felt a cold coming on yesterday morning.
Finished with 30 minutes on the elliptical, then 20 minutes in the sauna.
Off to meal prep⦠then find my kids.
Quads are on the menu for tomorrow.
