Really impressed with this session — lots of PRs today (hack squat and single-leg press). Calories have been lower the past few days, but energy levels are still strong.
Got in 30 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.
Need to cook up some chicken tonight for the next few days.
Pull day tomorrow.
