Was a little furious I couldn’t get my hands on a trap bar β€” some schmuck had it in the private training area. Ended up being kind of fun to pull conventional deadlifts again.

Later this evening was the TGIF League Finals… and we won 10–1!

Feels good.

Rest day tomorrow, then planning to really push upper body on Sunday. Also need to prep the house for spring.
