Slept in this morning after being up a bit later than usual last night.

Was a little furious I couldnβt get my hands on a trap bar β some schmuck had it in the private training area. Ended up being kind of fun to pull conventional deadlifts again.
Later this evening was the TGIF League Finalsβ¦ and we won 10β1!
Feels good.
Rest day tomorrow, then planning to really push upper body on Sunday. Also need to prep the house for spring.
