Was feeling under the weather yesterday morning, so I rested at home.
Back at it today with a pull session at Gold’s:

Pull-ups are getting better — one extra rep goes a long way.
Lunchtime was abs class and some elliptical.
This evening I’m heading to the Holy Fuck show with some friends.
Need to make sure I get home at a decent hour for tomorrow’s lower body session (and curling finals in the evening).
