Week 15 β Quads β π₯

Got to Goldβs in the morning to hit quads since Iβve got ball hockey tonight.
Session was a bit of a nightmare. The hack squat was taken, so I switched to front squats. The first set felt great β deep and heavy. But on the second set, around the fourth rep, I felt something like a pop/rip in my lower back.
Stopped immediately.
Could feel soreness (no real pain yet), but Iβm a bit worried to see how the rest of the day goes.

Quads still ended up very pumped, but Iβm definitely concerned about the back.
By lunch it was feeling okay, so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. Then after work it was Savages ball hockey β round 2 of the playoffs.
One of the best games Iβve played all season (with one minor turnover). We won in sudden-death overtime.
Next week is going to be interesting.
Rest tomorrow. Need to rest the back.
