Working from home this morning, so I got to the YMCA at 6 a.m.

Really struggled with the incline press today, but I’ll chalk that up to pushing the dips to absolute failure.

Swapped overhead press for seated DB press to keep my back out of it for now. Woke up with no soreness in my back at all, which is a great sign.

Lunchtime was 40 minutes on the elliptical while catching up on the new season of The Boys.

My wife is sick, so I’m on kid pickup and dinner duty tonight.
