Week 20 – Posterior Chain – 🍑

It’s Friday, and you know what that means:
Trap Bar Deadlift:
335 lbs x 7 reps
335 lbs x 9 reps
Seated Leg Curls:
150 lbs x 11 reps
150 lbs x 10 reps
Hip Thrusts (front-loaded plates):
170 lbs x 11 reps
170 lbs x 10 reps
Calf Raises:
450 lbs x 12 reps
450 lbs x 10 reps
Single-Leg Curls:
77.5 lbs x 10 reps
77.5 lbs x 8 reps
I think I finally figured out the seated leg curl machine at Gold’s. The setup is a bit wacky compared to the one at the Y, but I should be able to start pushing those numbers up now.
At lunch, I hit the elliptical for 40 minutes while watching old episodes of Seinfeld in French.
Mon français n’est pas très bon. J’ai besoin de le pratiquer.
Tomorrow is a rest day. My wife is out of town, so Saturday is for the boys.
Hoping I can sneak in a decent upper body session on Sunday.
