Big quad day to start Week 21 β 55 days out from the show. Starting to get pretty nervous.

Calf Raises:
Set 1: 450 lbs x 12 reps

Leg Press:
Set 1: 707 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 707 lbs x 8 reps
Single-Leg Press:
Set 1: 347 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 347 lbs x 9 reps
Walking Lunges:
Set 1: 25/side x 55β Γ 2

Caught up on podcasts and got in 30 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.
Habs vs. Hurricanes Game 3 is tonight. My heart canβt take much more of this π
