Didnβt sleep great after the rough Habs loss last night, but we still push.
Incline Smith Press:
Set 1: 175 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 175 lbs x 9 reps
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 7 reps
Seated Shoulder Press Machine:
Set 1: 90 lbs/side x 9 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs/side x 7 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 40 lbs/side x 12 reps
Set 2: 40 lbs/side x 10 reps
Pec Deck:
Set 1: 235 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 235 lbs x 10 reps
Skull Crushers:
Set 1: 75 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 75 lbs x 7 reps
Rope Pushdown:
Set 1: 115 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 10 reps
There are way too many 35 lb plates at Goldβs these days. Meant to do 185 on the incline press, but didnβt realize the inner plate was a 35 instead of a 45 until the very end.
Besides that, decent session overall.
Also forgot to pack a t-shirt and only brought a tank top. My shoulders are peeling badly after getting sunburned playing basketball with the kids last week.
Shedding skin like a snake π
Got 40 minutes on the elliptical in at lunch and was absolutely drained afterward.
