Rest day today. Heading to Toronto with the family for March Break.

Using the train time to fiddle with my program. No idea what the hotel gym has in store.

I feel like my current split has too many cable lateral raises, so I’m going to swap in overhead press on my push days going forward.

Looks like the Arnold starts this weekend. Hoping to watch some of that for posing inspiration β€” and to see how Sulek places.

My weight has been trending in the right direction, but I feel like the bulk might be getting a bit dirtier than intended. I’ll keep things a little looser this week while traveling and then lock back in on Sunday.
