Week 9 β Upper β π¨

Bit of a weird upper body day at the hotel gym. Not totally sure what to make of it.
Could only get one set of dips in β the belt kept falling off. The bench felt awkward to sit on, and the Technogym machines could probably use some grease.
Overall though, not a bad gym. Great pool and a nice sauna.
My morning session looked like this:
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 8 reps
Incline Smith Press:
Set 1: 200 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 200 lbs x 7 reps
Overhead Press:
Set 1: 115 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 115 lbs x 8 reps
Pull-ups:
Set 1: Bodyweight x 8 reps
Set 2: Bodyweight x 7 reps
Kneeling Lat Pulldown:
Set 1: 100 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 100 lbs x 8 reps
Rope Curls:
Set 1: 100 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 100 lbs x 10 reps
Rope Pushdown:
Set 1: 100 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 100 lbs x 8 reps
Overall a bit of a disappointing session. I havenβt been eating the cleanest on this trip either.
But the family is having a great time, so Iβm not complaining.
Going to try and get a decent lower body session in tomorrow.
