Week 13 β Rest β π

Up early to get some elliptical in before work. Got 40 minutes of solid Zone 2.
Rest day today, but Iβll hit some abs with my coworkers at lunch, along with some oblique work.
Keeping calories lower today β around 2100 calories. Going to focus a lot of meals around roasted potatoes and egg whites. Iβm a potato man, and they feel better (more filling) than rice.
Mentally preparing for a posterior chain session tomorrow morning, with curling finals in the evening.
