Back felt amazing today β deadlifts were slow and controlled. No pain, no soreness, no tightness.
Back crisis averted.
Stressful day at work, but got through it and should be good heading into Monday.
Lunchtime was 40 minutes on the elliptical while finishing off the latest episodes of The Boys.
Heading to Ottawa tomorrow. Packing some food so I can stay locked in while Iβm there. Planning to rest tomorrow, and if all goes well, Iβll hit a gym in Charlton Place Sunday morning before heading back.
