Really great gym β€” lots of different equipment. Didn’t get a chance to try most of it, but stuck with what’s been working.

After the lift, did 30 minutes of incline walking while catching up on WrestleMania highlights.

Overall a successful trip to Ottawa β€” diet stayed in check and got a solid lift in. Great time with the family, although seeing Lee Cronin’s The Mummy was a huge mistake.

Quad day tomorrow. Let’s see how the Habs do tonight.
