Really great gym β lots of different equipment. Didnβt get a chance to try most of it, but stuck with whatβs been working.
After the lift, did 30 minutes of incline walking while catching up on WrestleMania highlights.
Overall a successful trip to Ottawa β diet stayed in check and got a solid lift in. Great time with the family, although seeing Lee Croninβs The Mummy was a huge mistake.
Quad day tomorrow. Letβs see how the Habs do tonight.
