Week 16 β Push β π

Extremely tired this morning. Slept in β luckily I was working from home so I could grab an extra hour of rest.
Played two ball hockey games last night. We only needed one win to make the finals, but we lost both. Season over.
Used that frustration to fuel a push session at the YMCA:

Cable Lateral Raises:

40 x 11/side
Overhead Rope Extension:

Bent-Over Tricep Kickback:

Pec Deck:
200 x 11
200 x 8
Not my best session, but it got done. Glycogen is pretty low, but still managed a decent pump.
Going to rest for the remainder of the day and prepare for tomorrowβs pull session.
