Felt great today. Also got in 40 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.
Booked waxing for next week (back, chest, and legs). Never done that before, so I want to see how my skin reacts ahead of the comp. One of my Savages teammates also recommended someone for tanning β might give that a shot in a few weeks as well.
Rest day tomorrow, then back to posterior chain on Friday.
