One of the best upper body sessions Iβve had this year β no question. No PRs, but I felt strong and pumped the whole way through. Even saw a chest vein pop, which Iβm very happy about.
Followed the lift with 20 minutes on the elliptical, then 15 minutes in the sauna.
The rest of the day was spent running around for the kids. My oldest had a late birthday party, so I was grabbing snacks, pizza, and donuts.
Not going to lie β sticking to the diet was a struggle. The pizza from Pizza Toni and donuts from Bernieβs were very tempting, but I held strong.
Gotta protect that precious chest vein.
Rest tomorrow β light cardio β then quads on Monday.
