Week 16 β Rest β π

Rest day.
Took the kids to the YMCA for basketball. Got in 1 hour of light elliptical and 20 minutes in the sauna.
Overall, this was a solid week for lifting and cutting. My main lifts seem stable, and my weight is slowly trending down. Iβm hungry, but not starving, and the hanger is manageable.
Still about 12 weeks out, but Iβm feeling positive about the direction of the training.
At the beginning of May, Iβll get an InBody scan to see where Iβm at and adjust macros accordingly.
Quad day tomorrow. Now to meal prep, read, and rest.
