Starting week 17 with a bit of a bump in weight compared to the recent trend, but ended up having a great quad session at Goldβs:

Lunchtime was 35 minutes on the elliptical while watching A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (episode 2 β itβs good).
Work has been focusing more on AI lately, which Iβm finding incredibly interesting. Learning a ton. My bodybuilding agent seems to be working well, but I guess we wonβt really know until Iβm on stage.
Push day tomorrow. Also need to get my car looked at.
