Not the greatest sleep last night, but made it to Gold’s this morning for a pull session:

Got in 30 minutes of incline walking at lunch.
After work, I got my back and chest waxed — and I will tell you this, with all my heart, it was some of the most painful 20 minutes of my entire life. There were a few pulls where she couldn’t get it all in one go and had to go over the same spot multiple times.
Hell… on… earth.
I’m red. I’m sore.
Going to rest.
