In Ottawa for my brotherโs surprise party!
Hit upper body again in Charlton Place this morning:
Pull-ups:

+10 x 7
Dips:
90 lbs x 10 reps
90 lbs x 8 reps
Incline DB Press:
90 lbs x 6 reps
80 lbs x 10 reps
T-Bar Rows:
115 lbs x 9 reps
115 lbs x 9 reps
Overhead Press:
115 lbs x 10 reps
115 lbs x 8 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
40 lbs x 8 reps
40 lbs x 8 reps
Rope Pushdown:
100 lbs x 12 reps
100 lbs x 9 reps
Cable Curls:
115 lbs x 14 reps
115 lbs x 9 reps
Not the strongest session, but the pump was there and the reps were slow and controlled. Was a little hungry going into it.
Got in a solid 30 minutes of elliptical while watching A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms after the lift.
Driving back to Montreal today โ need to meal prep and catch the Habs/Tampa Game 7.
