Week 18 – Push – 🤼

Feels like forever since I’ve had a push session at Gold’s:
Incline Smith Press:
170 lbs x 12 reps
170 lbs x 10 reps
Dips:
90 lbs x 10 reps
90 lbs x 7 reps
Overhead Press:
125 lbs x 10 reps
125 lbs x 7 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
45 lbs x 8/side
35 lbs x 12/side
Pec Deck:
220 lbs x 14 reps
220 lbs x 10 reps
Rope Pushdown:
115 lbs x 10 reps
115 lbs x 8 reps
Bent-Over Tricep Kickback:
35 lbs x 9/side
30 lbs x 11/side
Incline Smith felt really good — slow, controlled, with a pause at the bottom. Chest felt blown up.
At lunch, watched some Raw and got in 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Working from home tomorrow — depending on how I feel, it’ll either be a pull session or a light cardio/rest day.
My tripod came in today, so I’ll start practicing posing… probably the most dreadful part of prep.
