Working from home today with a bank appointment, so I got in a pull session at the YMCA before dropping the kids off at school.

Kneeling Lat Pulldown:

Face Pulls:
90 lbs x 12 reps
90 lbs x 10 reps
Cable Curls:
125 lbs x 14 reps
125 lbs x 11 reps
Preacher Curls:
65 lbs x 7 reps
55 lbs x 8 reps
Okay session, but definitely feeling a bit rundown this morning.
Still got in 45 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.
Rest day tomorrow β just some abs and light cardio.
Time to load up on vitamin C and rest (while watching Habs vs Sabres).
