Cable Curls:

Preacher Curls:

Okay session, but definitely feeling a bit rundown this morning.

Still got in 45 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.

Rest day tomorrow β€” just some abs and light cardio.

Time to load up on vitamin C and rest (while watching Habs vs Sabres).
