Woke up not feeling fully rested, still dealing with this annoying tickle in my throat. Took some pre-workout and pushed through at Goldβs:
Trap Bar Deadlift:
325 lbs x 6 reps
325 lbs x 8 reps
Seated Leg Curls:
150 lbs x 10 reps
150 lbs x 9 reps
Hip Thrusts:
150 lbs x 13 reps
150 lbs x 12 reps
Calf Raises:
450 lbs x 10 reps
450 lbs x 10 reps
Single-Leg Curls (lying):
77.5 lbs x 12/side
77.5 lbs x 9/side
Walking Lunges:
40 lbs x 55β Γ 2
40 lbs x 55β Γ 2
Screwed up my straps on the first set of trap bar deadlifts, but got it sorted for the second. Not my best session, but better than nothing.
Weight is still coming off β slow and steady. Feeling very hungry today.
Got in 45 minutes on the elliptical at lunch and finished the latest episode of The Boys. Not loving it, but Iβll see it through.
Watching the HabsβSabres Game 2 β Habs are up 2β0 heading into the second. Nerves are rattled.
Upper body tomorrow.
