Week 19 – Quads – 🦵

Happy (belated) Mother’s Day! Yesterday was mostly a rest day, helping the kids prepare a special day for their mom.
Today was a quad-focused morning at Gold’s:
Hack Squat:
355 lbs x 8 reps
335 lbs x 7 reps
Single-Leg Press:
357 lbs x 7/side
347 lbs x 9/side
Leg Press:
667 lbs x 9 reps
667 lbs x 8 reps
Calf Raises:
450 lbs x 12 reps
450 lbs x 10 reps
Walking Lunges:
50 lbs x 55’ × 2
50 lbs x 55’ × 2
Leg Extensions:
160 lbs x 10 reps
160 lbs x 8 reps
Hack squat was a grind this morning — very shaky. Really happy with the leg press, but overall I think I pushed it a bit too hard. Was cooked by the end.
Lunchtime got 40 minutes on the elliptical in.
Going to hunt for empty basketball courts for the kids tonight.
Push tomorrow.
