Quads were still sore from yesterday, but I woke up ready for a push session:
Incline Smith Press:
180 lbs x 12 reps
180 lbs x 8 reps
Dips:
90 lbs x 8 reps
90 lbs x 6 reps
Overhead Press:
125 lbs x 9 reps
125 lbs x 7 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
40 lbs x 10/side
40 lbs x 10/side
Pec Deck:
220 lbs x 12 reps
220 lbs x 10 reps
Rope Pushdown:
110 lbs x 11 reps
110 lbs x 8 reps
Bent-Over Tricep Kickbacks:
30 lbs x 10/side
30 lbs x 10/side
Overall, chest felt pumped.
Lunchtime was 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Not a very interesting day, but weβre getting through it. I really need to start practicing posing, but by the time I get home from work I just want to rest.
Anyway, posing can stay on the back burner tonight β Habs vs. Sabres Game 4 is on.
Pull tomorrow.
