Week 19 β Pull β π¨ββοΈ

Man, quads are still sore from Monday, but I was ready for a pull session this morning:
Pull-ups:
+15 lbs x 8 reps
+15 lbs x 7 reps
Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows:
135 lbs x 8 reps
115 lbs x 8 reps
Low Rows:
135 lbs x 12/side
135 lbs x 10/side
Kneeling Lat Pulldown:
120 lbs x 10/side
120 lbs x 10/side
Cable Curls:
125 lbs x 10 reps
125 lbs x 8 reps
Face Pulls:
90 lbs x 12 reps
90 lbs x 8 reps
Machine Preacher Curls:
90 lbs x 11 reps
90 lbs x 7 reps
Really happy with how the pull-ups are progressing. At Goldβs, I use a chain that wraps around the 10 lb and 5 lb plates, and the chain itself is probably another 5 lbs. Hoping soon Iβll be able to strap on a 25 lb plate at the YMCA.
Will feel like a king π
Otherwise, a decent pull session. Got another 45 minutes on the elliptical at lunch while watching the penultimate episode of The Boys. Really not enjoying this season anymore. It just stinks.
Got a doctorβs appointment tomorrow β my old doctor is retiring, so Iβm meeting the new guy. Hoping to get some blood work done and check where my testosterone levels are at.
Tomorrow will be a rest day (some cardio and abs), and I really need to start posing practice.
