Excellent rest day (Habs won, just need one more!). Hitting the posterior chain this morning at Gold’s:

Trapbar Deadlift:
335 lbs x 8 reps
335 lbs x 6 reps

Seated Leg Curls:
150 lbs x 6 reps
140 lbs x 9 reps

Hip Thrust:
165 lbs x 12 reps
165 lbs x 12 reps

Calf Raises:
450 lbs x 12 reps
450 lbs x 10 reps

Standing Leg Curls:
70 lbs x 10 reps/side
70 lbs x 8 reps/side

Walking Lunges:
50 lbs x 55’ x 2
50 lbs x 55’ x 2

Was hoping to get a few more reps out of the trapbar. Also struggling with the seated leg curls at Gold’s (never had this issue at the YMCA). But overall, feeling strong.

Lunch was the usual 45mins of elliptical while re-watching Community, a show that doesn’t disappoint me.

Tonight (and the bulk of this long weekend) will be spent hitting poses and setting in a posing schedule/routine.

Tomorrow is an upper body day.
