Itβs Saturday, which means upper body β pretty much my favorite session at the Y.

Machine Shoulder Press:

Lat Prayers (chest-supported):

Cable Lateral Raises:

Overhead Cable Rope Extension:

Really happy with the lifts today.
Finished things off with 20 minutes on the elliptical followed by another 20 minutes in the sauna.
Now resting until 8 p.m. to see if the Habs can finish this round tonight.
Tomorrow Iβll be back at the Y for the boysβ basketball sessions β hoping to get in some abs and cardio.
