Lat Prayers (chest-supported):
105 lbs x 12 reps
105 lbs x 10 reps

Cable Lateral Raises:
35 lbs x 14 reps
35 lbs x 14 reps

Overhead Cable Rope Extension:
110 lbs x 8 reps
95 lbs x 10 reps

Cable Curls:
125 lbs x 14 reps
125 lbs x 10 reps

Cable Press:
95 lbs x 13 reps

Really happy with the lifts today.

Finished things off with 20 minutes on the elliptical followed by another 20 minutes in the sauna.

Now resting until 8 p.m. to see if the Habs can finish this round tonight.

Tomorrow I’ll be back at the Y for the boys’ basketball sessions β€” hoping to get in some abs and cardio.
