Didnβt get the best sleep last night, but still made it to Goldβs for a push session:
Incline Smith Press:
185 lbs x 11 reps

Dips:
90 lbs x 9 reps
90 lbs x 6 reps
Overhead Press:
125 lbs x 8 reps
125 lbs x 9 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
40 lbs x 10 reps
35 lbs x 12 reps
Pec Deck:
220 lbs x 14 reps
220 lbs x 11 reps
Overhead Cable Rope Extension:
110 lbs x 8 reps
90 lbs x 10 reps
Rope Pushdown:
110 lbs x 7 reps
110 lbs x 8 reps
Still loving that Incline Smith Press machine. Going to keep pushing that weight up right until show day.
Got another 40 minutes on the elliptical in at lunch.
Weight is coming down nicely. Still a bit of softness around the midsection, but abs and veins are finally starting to show.
No posing tonight β practiced this weekend. It was cringe, but Iβll keep at it. Going to stick with posing twice a week for the next 3 weeks, then bump it up to 3x/week.
Push day tomorrow.
