Brock pull

Woke up this morning at the lightest I’ve been in a long time: 165 lbs.

Slept well, but still felt pretty fatigued. Seeing the scale this morning gave me the boost I needed to pull my bodyweight around at Gold’s:

Pull-ups:
Set 1: +15 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: +15 lbs x 7 reps

Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 7 reps

Low Rows:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 11 reps/side
Set 2: 150 lbs x 9 reps/side

Reverse Pec Deck:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 145 lbs x 8 reps

Chin-ups:
Set 1: BW x 8 reps
Set 2: BW x 6 reps

Face Pulls:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 8 reps

Cable Curls:
Set 1: 125 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 120 lbs x 8 reps

Shrugs:
Set 1: 85 lbs x 15 reps
Set 2: 85 lbs x 8 reps

Really happy with this session. Swapped out preacher curls for bodyweight chin-ups. Feels like there’s less chance of injury, and I like the idea of eventually adding weight to them.

Lunchtime was another 40 minutes on the elliptical.

Habs need to win tonight.

I need the rest day tomorrow.
