Week 21 – Posterior Chain – 🎥

Great rest day yesterday. Let’s not talk about hockey for the next few days. Working from home today, my son’s class is having a silent film festival for the parents (he didn’t great). Before that I hit some posterior chain work at the YMCA:
Trapbar Deadlift: Set 1: 335 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 335 lbs x 6 reps
Seated Leg Curls: Set 1: 165 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 170 lbs x 10 reps
Hip Thrusts: Set 1: 275 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 275 lbs x 10 reps
Single Leg Curl: Set 1: 50 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 50 lbs x 8 reps
Calf Raises: Set 1: 390 lbs x 14 reps
Set 2: 390 lbs x 11 reps
Overall the ass felt strong.
Lunchtime was another 40 minutes on the elliptical.
Now off to fill the fridge and prepare for a wet weekend. Upperbody tomorrow.
