Week 22 โ Quads โ ๐ค

Slept amazing and felt very well-rested heading into quad day:
Hack Squat:
Set 1: 350 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 350 lbs x 8 reps
Leg Extensions:
Set 1: 210 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 210 lbs x 8 reps
Calf Raises:
Set 1: 450 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 450 lbs x 9 reps
Single-Leg Press:
Set 1: 347 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 347 lbs x 8 reps
Leg Press:
Set 1: 717 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: 687 lbs x 8 reps
Hack squats felt very strong today. Probably pushed things a bit harder than usual.
Unfortunately, I noticed a tickle in my throat around lunchtime. Still got in 30 minutes on the elliptical, but now Iโm hoping itโs nothing.
Going to rest up tonight. The last thing I need right now is a cold.
