Week 22 โ Push โ ๐ฎ

Rested hard yesterday because of the incoming cold. Woke up this morning feeling much better โ just a sore throat left. Body felt great, so the push session went ahead:
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 9 reps
Incline Smith Press:
Set 1: 185 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: 175 lbs x 8 reps
Seated Shoulder Press:
Set 1: 90 lbs/side x 10 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs/side x 7 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 40 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 40 lbs x 10 reps
Pec Deck:
Set 1: 240 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 240 lbs x 8 reps
Rope Pushdown:
Set 1: 100 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 100 lbs x 9 reps
Skull Crushers:
Set 1: 60 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 60 lbs x 12 reps
Decent push session, then got in another 30 minutes on the elliptical at lunch.
Throat is still sore, so the plan for tonight is hydration, rest, and some time with the Switch.
