Week 22 โ Pull โ ๐ด

Slept well and had no issues getting a pull session in this morning:
Pull-ups:
Set 1: 15 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 15 lbs x 9 reps
Chest-Supported T-Bar Rows:
Set 1: 140 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 140 lbs x 6 reps
Low Rows:
Set 1: 155 lbs x 10 reps/side
Set 2: 155 lbs x 9 reps/side
Face Pulls:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 10 reps
Reverse Pec Deck:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 150 lbs x 8 reps
Chin-ups:
Set 1: BW x 8 reps
Set 2: BW x 9 reps
Cable Curls:
Set 1: 130 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: 120 lbs x 8 reps
Shrugs:
Set 1: 85 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 85 lbs x 12 reps
Really happy with the pull-ups. Had more in the tank on the first set and probably could have squeezed out one more rep.
Lots of good back progress happening even as the cut gets deeper. Still hovering around 165 lbs. Itโll be nice to see 160.
Lunchtime was 40 minutes on the elliptical.
But fuck am I tired now.
Taking the boys to the park, then heading straight to bed.
Abs and rest tomorrow. I need it.
