Week 23 โ Push โ ๐ฎ

Push day โ my favorite day.
Incline Smith Press:
Set 1: 185 lbs x 7 reps
Set 2: 165 lbs x 8 reps
Dips:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 9 reps
Overhead Press:
Set 1: 125 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 125 lbs x 6 reps
Pec Deck:
Set 1: 250 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 250 lbs x 9 reps
Cable Lateral Raises:
Set 1: 40 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 40 lbs x 10 reps
Skull Crushers:
Set 1: 60 lbs x 15 reps
Set 2: 60 lbs x 12 reps
Rope Pushdown:
Set 1: 110 lbs x 10 reps
Set 2: 110 lbs x 7 reps
Good session overall. Wasnโt thrilled with the incline press though โ feels like 185 should be moving better at this point.
Good news: no real hip issues today.
Lunch was a grueling 45 minutes on the elliptical.
Iโm absolutely gassed, so Iโm going to hit the couch with my Switch and the boys.
Pull tomorrow.
