Slept horrible, very congested. But took pre-workout and hit the Gold’s anyway:
Pullups:
Set 1: +20 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: +20 lbs x 6 reps
Set 3: BW x 5 reps (slow)
Chest Supported Tbar Rows:
Set 1: 135 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 7 reps
Low Rows:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 11 reps/side
Set 2: 150 lbs x 9 reps/side
Face Pulls:
Set 1: 90 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 90 lbs x 9 reps
Chin-ups:
Set 1: BW x 10 reps
Set 2: BW x 7 reps
Reverse Pec Deck:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 8 reps
Set 2: 135 lbs x 8 reps
Cable Curl:
Set 1: 125 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 125 lbs x 8 reps
Happy with the pullups considering how I felt. No elliptical today, left work early to get home to sleep. Woke up to type this shit out. Going back to bed.
