Brock coughing

Rested really well yesterday. Stayed home and coughed up what felt like my body weight in phlegm.

Woke up today feeling better. Still a bit congested, but ready to lift:

Trap Bar Deadlift:
Set 1: 355 lbs x 6 reps
Set 2: 335 lbs x 10 reps

Seated Leg Curl:
Set 1: 150 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 150 lbs x 7 reps

Hip Thrust:
Set 1: 182.5 lbs x 12 reps
Set 2: 182.5 lbs x 10 reps

Calf Raises:
Set 1: 460 lbs x 11 reps
Set 2: 460 lbs x 9 reps

Prone Single-Leg Curl:
Set 1: 77.5 lbs x 9 reps
Set 2: 77.5 lbs x 8 reps

Walking Lunges:
Set 1: 25 lbs/hand x 55โ€™ ร— 2
Set 2: 25 lbs/hand x 55โ€™ ร— 2

Overall, considering how Iโ€™ve felt the last few days, this was a solid session.

The 355 deadlifts moved well, but my grip wasnโ€™t cooperating. I think thatโ€™s what kept me from getting 8 reps on the first set.

Finished the workout with the hamstrings feeling full and pumped.

Lunchtime was a slower-than-normal 35 minutes on the elliptical.

Upper body tomorrow.
